Exchanges & Returns

We are positive that you are going to love your purchase at Heritage Gems and Jewels. We take pride in our quality and hope to keep our customers satisfied. Should you wish to return or exchange your order:

  • You are required to email us to get return authorization.

  • Please do not ship back to us without prior notice in order to avoid any customs hassle and extra charges.

  • Once confirmed, you can return or exchange within 14 days with all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) and the purchased product is in perfectly new condition, unused and unworn.

  • All tags should be attached to the product.

  • Any tampering with the tag would result in non return.

  • Kindly do note that any handling charges are subject to individual cases based on the area of delivery.

  • Please check with us in advance.

  • We will issue refund to you for the full amount of your purchase, less any extra shipping and handling charges previously applied.

  • Clients are liable to bear the inbound return shipment charges, duty and taxes as well.


We recommend shipping inbound returned merchandise via insured FedEx / USPS(USPS for domestic shipping only) for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable.
