Shipping & Handeling
We offer FREE worldwide shipping. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).
Signature is REQUIRED for all deliveries. Customers are responsible for all items after the package has been signed for. All deliveries are sent to street addresses only. PO Boxes are not accepted as shipping destinations.
LA Downtown Pick up:
We offer local pick ups at our Los Angeles Office. Please review the security measures below if you plan to visit our office.
Appointments are mandatory.
For security reasons, we cannot allow visitors into our offices, or our workshop without a preexisting appointment.
Appointments should be made in advance, at least a day before.
Visitors must be willing to have their photo ID scanned for our security records.
Weekend and after hours appointments are available. We only accept special requests visitors during non business hours, by appointment only (our office business hours 10am-4pm PST) for more information.
We handle your orders 6 days a week but Sunday. If the item is not available at the moment, you will be informed. Just bear in mind that one should be at least 18 years old to sign for the gift received.
